About this Role
We are looking for a committed Premises Officer to join our
team here at Greenwood Academies Trust. You will be based at the Tiffield
Academy.
Tiffield Academy, an all-through special free school for
students who have severe learning difficulties (SLD) and Speech, Language and
Communication Needs (SLCN), opened its doors in September 2025 in a
purpose-built new building and you could be a part of this. You will
deliver high quality support for our young people and their families to ensure
a fabulous experience at Tiffield Academy.
Previous experience of buildings and asset management is a
must, along with experience of supervising and motivating staff and managing
work programmes; additionally, you must be a great team player with the ability
to manage and lead a small team. You must possess excellent communication and
interpersonal skills at all levels. IT literacy is a must as you will using a
number of systems to input data.
