As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will:
• Support the strategic leadership of the school and step into the Headteacher role when required
• Drive exceptional teaching and learning across all phases, inspiring colleagues to deliver high‑quality practice
• Lead staff development, coaching and performance management to nurture a skilled, motivated workforce
• Lead curriculum, teaching and learning innovation
• Oversee safeguarding, pupil premium, behaviour, attendance and pupil welfare, ensuring every child thrives
• Manage essential operational functions including timetabling, staff cover and improvement planning
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers and the wider community to enhance our school’s vision
