About this Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and positive teaching assistant to join our amazing team.  We are a very happy school with fantastic children in a very supportive community.  You will be working within a team of dedicated professionals who work hard every day to provide the best experiences and education for our children.   We are a three-form entry school which means you will have a strong team around you for guidance and support.  You will have lots of opportunities to share your ideas – we are always looking for new and exciting ways to work.  If you are ready for a new adventure at a school which is really going places, we would love to hear from you!

We are looking to appoint a dedicated practitioner to work with children with SEND. This may be on a 1:1 or group basis and will be supported by a large team of colleagues.

We are looking for a teaching assistant who can demonstrate:

·               An enthusiastic and flexible attitude, committed to working as part of a team and dedicated to enabling children to be their best.

·               A strong commitment to inclusion.

·               Prior experience of working with children who have additional needs.

·               High expectations for ensuring the best outcomes for children.

·               Effective one to one, and small group classroom support.
