colleagues enjoy working here. We offer a strong CPD programme, with
opportunities for career progression and development, further enhanced through
our partnership with SHARE MAT, the Teaching School Hub for Calderdale and
Kirklees.
As a school, we operate an innovative, evidence‑led approach to learning, with modelling and direct instruction at the heart of our teaching. This role involves ensuring the effective learning of all students across a broad range of ages and attainment levels through the planning and delivery of high‑quality, well‑structured lessons.
