About this Role

About Us:

Lovers' Lane Primary & Nursery School is looking to appoint a Midday Supervisor Assistant to join our team and provide a stimulating and caring environment for our children during lunchtimes. From September 2026, the school will be rebranding with a new name, so this is a truly exciting time to join our school as we move forward into the next chapter of our development. We are looking for someone who shares our vision and enthusiasm and wants to play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our children, enabling each of them to thrive.
Lunchtime duties include helping to promote good eating habits while supervising the children in the dining area, caring for their health, safety, and welfare both in the dining area and on the playground. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young children and can build positive relationships with them.
You will be able to manage, organise, and take part in positive play activities with our children. You would be joining an exceptional and supportive team of professionals who are relentless in our pursuit of excellence and our mission to make every day count for the children. Each of our individual roles has an impact on the future of our children, and so we put them at the heart of the decisions we make and the services we provide.
Each of our individual roles will have an impact on the future of many, developing and inspiring the future leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators of tomorrow. We strive to deliver learning experiences that engage and instil a curiosity to find out more. Our goal is to develop individuals who ask "why," thereby becoming lifelong learners and visionaries, with aspirations ready for the challenges of the future in an ever-changing world.
We are looking for someone who is excited to be a part of this partnership, who will be able to use their own initiative and be flexible and well-organised to be an asset to our team.
