    We are looking for somebody who:  

      •  Has a passion for their subject and experience of teaching Business Studies and Economics
      • Can precision plan and improve the quality of teaching and learning across a department
      • Has the skills to develop a curriculum, implement and monitor change  
      • Can lead and motivate a team towards a shared goal  
      • Will raise the profile of the department and broaden participation 
      • Can analyse and use data effectively to ensure rapid and sustained student progress 
      • Has excellent communication skills with the ability to build excellent parent and student relationships  
      • Is willing to participate in the wider life and development of the school, including providing enrichment opportunities for students  
      • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
