- Can lead and motivate a team towards a shared goal
- Will raise the profile of the department and broaden participation
- Can analyse and use data effectively to ensure rapid and sustained student progress
- Has excellent communication skills with the ability to build excellent parent and student relationships
- Is willing to participate in the wider life and development of the school, including providing enrichment opportunities for students
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
