This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about improving the life chances of children — and who wants to benefit from exceptional training and development.

About You

We are seeking an inclusive, proactive and well‑organised teacher with high expectations for every child. You will be passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and committed to helping pupils become confident, independent and active learners.

You will be able to:

  • Set ambitious and appropriate learning targets with clear objectives, content and structure.
  • Use engaging teaching methods that spark curiosity, encourage questioning and make learning memorable.
  • Establish high standards of behaviour through focused teaching and a positive, consistent approach.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and colleagues.

We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). If you love making learning fun while continually reflecting on and improving your practice, we’d love to hear from you.
