We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and highly effective Class Teacher who is passionate about delivering exceptional learning experiences for every child.  Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and promote excellent progress.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and purposeful classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using data effectively to inform teaching and close gaps in attainment.
  • Adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEND and pupils requiring additional support.
  • Establish strong routines and behaviour expectations in line with the academy’s policies.

Pay range:

  • M1 - M6 - £32,916.00 - £45,352.00
  • 32.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
  • Full Time, Permanent

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality teaching that leads to strong pupil progress
  • Secure knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners including those with SEND and EAL
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment
