About this Role

Our Lady of the Magnificat MAC are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant Level 1 or 2 (depending on skills and experience). This role will be based at St Mary's Catholic Primary School, Southam. This is a permanent position working  32.5  hours per week on a term-time only plus INSET days basis (39 weeks per year).

  • Experience supporting children in a primary school setting (TA Level 1 or 2 depending on skills and experience).  
  • A positive, proactive attitude and genuine love for working with primary age learners. 
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children through a relational approach.  
  • Flexibility, creativity, initiative, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
