“Leaders remove any barriers to learning or personal development pupils may have, so all can achieve their best. Most pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) learn the same ambitious curriculum as their peers. Where pupils have complex needs, teachers/LSAs provide bespoke work to meet their needs.”
