Job requirements:
The principal and governors are looking for an experienced
SEND Teaching Assistant who is has a wealth of SEND experience but particularly
working with children with communication and interaction as a primary area of
need.
We are looking for an individual who has specialist
skills/training/experience to support pupils in curricular and/or learning
activities, taking into account Education, Health and Care Plans and/or other
support plans, supporting children both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups for
intervention. The successful applicant will be an adaptable, flexible and
resourceful individual who puts the children at the centre of everything they
do.
