About this Role

We currently have vacancies for Midday Supervisor Assistants (MDSA) to support our children to experience an enjoyable, happy and successful lunchtime.  You will need to assist our children in the dining room, classrooms and outside on the playground.

 

We are looking for enthusiastic, kind, caring and hardworking people to join our team.

What we are looking for:

·        You should be kind, caring and genuinely want to improve children’s lives

·        You should be resilient and resourceful with a desire to improve our children’s play experiences

·        You must have strong communication skills and be able to speak, read and write in fluent English

·        You should have some understanding of child development and some knowledge of how children learn and achieve through play

·        You will support children across the school to maximise their experiences at lunchtimes

·        You will be responsible for supporting positive behaviour, administering basic first aid and looking after the welfare of our children
