We now require two Teaching Assistants to join our committed team as we embark on our journey to becoming a two-form entry school. We are looking to appoint motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to support and inspire the wonderful children in our school.

Contract 2: 27.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year - Actual Annual salary is £15,834.85 - £16,083.27

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is enthusiastic, approachable, friendly and positive about their role in education and contribution to our whole school community
  • Has experience of working in a school based nursery, or Reception class

  • Can work creatively with the teacher to establish an appropriate learning environment, meeting the needs of the pupils and curriculum
  • Has the ability to work effectively, flexibly, and independently
  • Shows initiative and creativity in different learning situations
  • Is passionate about children’s learning and well-being within the Early Years
  • Is keen to support the ethos of a Church school

In return, we can offer you:

  • A welcoming and caring school, that encourages everyone to give their best at all times, that aims to contribute all they can to our life as a school community
  • A collaborative and supportive school community that is underpinned by the Christian ethos, driven by a shared passion of children’s welfare and education
  • A rewarding and exciting working environment, that inspires and challenges within a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.
