Office Manager

We are seeking to appoint an organised, proactive and highly effective Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our school office.

This is a key role within the school, responsible for leading administrative services and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of systems and processes. The successful candidate will line manage administrative staff and play a central role in supporting staff, pupils and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the school office and administrative team
  • Ensuring effective communication systems and front-of-house provision
  • Overseeing admissions, records and school systems (including MIS)
  • Supporting financial processes, income collection and lettings
  • Managing HR administration, including recruitment and safeguarding checks
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection and statutory requirements

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Is committed to teamwork and high professional standards
