Volunteers Wanted – Join Our Primary School Community!

Are you friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping children learn and grow? We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support our primary school in a variety of rewarding roles.

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

Reading with children
Classroom support
Helping with arts and crafts activities
Assisting on school trips and special events
Supporting lunchtime and playground activities

Volunteers will be required to complete the appropriate safeguarding checks, including a DBS check, before starting.

If you would like to become part of our school community and help inspire young learners, we’d love to hear from you!

We  require a regular commitment which means that you need to volunteer for at least one hour per half term so that there is no break in your volunteering commitment and that we comply with our safeguarding policies.

As a way of thanking, you for your support, school will pay for the first DBS certification on your behalf; if you are unable to volunteer for the requested time, we will ask that you pay for the costs of another certificate and admin time, which I believe to be a fair process and use of public funds.
