About this Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Assistant to join our busy front-office team. In this varied role, you will act as a key point of contact, managing incoming telephone inquiries and providing essential clerical support, including photocopying, filing, and handling daily correspondence. You will play a vital role in maintaining our vibrant school community by ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Central to this position is data management and organization. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate school databases, as well as coordinating the administrative logistics for external school trips and educational visits. The ideal candidate must be computer literate with strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel. You should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
We are a very inclusive school and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. The position is a part time role for 12hrs per week on a Wednesday and Thursday, 9am - 3.30pm with a 30 minute lunch break .
