About this Role
The successful candidate will be someone who:
· Holds an HLTA qualification and has a secure knowledge of primary education.
· Has GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade C or above and a Level 4 teaching and learning qualification.
· Is motivated, positive, hardworking and willing to join an enthusiastic team.
· Is able to demonstrate high expectations for learning and behaviour, working within the schools policies and procedures.
· Champions children and puts their needs and well-being at the forefront of the purpose of their role.
· Is professionally discreet and able to respect confidentiality.
· Communicates well with children, colleagues and parents.
