We are looking for a passionate, nurturing, and enthusiastic Terrific for Twos Worker to join our dedicated early years team. Working with our 2-year-old children, you will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where every child can thrive, explore, and develop confidence in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Support children’s personal, social, emotional, and communication development.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, safety, and wellbeing.
Work collaboratively as part of a friendly and supportive team.
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Experience working with children aged 2–3 years is desirable.
A warm, caring, and patient nature.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
A commitment to providing outstanding care and learning experiences.
