pupils. We operate a popular and
successful pre-school as part of the school with wonderful children and
experienced, supportive and dedicated staff.
As keyworker,
your role is to support the early years team and pupils at our happy,
well-resourced and purpose built pre-school.
You will act as keyworker for a small number of children, engaging them
through planned play and learning and communicating your observations and
assessments with families.
We are
looking for an applicant to join our happy and supportive team who shares our
inclusive ethos, has a child centred approach and is sensitive to the needs of
pupils. The right candidate will have
experience of early years and have a working knowledge of early years requirements. They will have experience of caring for
children as young as 2 years of age.
As the pre
school is fortunate enough to belong to Peterborough Diocese Trust and is very
much part of the school you will be joining a supportive network, be supported
and eventually work closely with early years lead who will support you in your
role. It is our vision that the pupils
and staff will benefit from the pre school and reception class settings working
closely together as a cohesive early years unit.
