POST: Site Supervisor
HOURS OF
WORK: Full-time (36.5 hours per week) – All year round.
SALARY: £28,147 -
£34,811 (Grade 3)
LOCATION: Lumen Christi Catholic Multi Academy is a thriving group of nine Catholic schools – (eight primaries and one secondary), with over 400 employees based in South Birmingham. We
are seeking an experienced and organised site supervisor; training would be provided
for the right applicant. To help create maintain and manage a safe working
environment for both staff and children.
You
will be responsible for managing the overall provision for Health and safety,
security, janitorial and cleaning services at the school as well as management
of repairs and maintenance to ensure the school facilities are clean, safe, and
well maintained. The post would also evolve the keeping of accurate and up to
date documentation concerning the school’s premises, in an organised and
methodical manner.
This
is a full-time role on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible.
To
be successful in your application, you will have previous experience as a site
supervisor with knowledge of health and safety regulations including COSHH and
risk assessments. You will need to be reliable, flexible, and punctual with a
positive can-do attitude.
