We are seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Site Manager to join our team at Wembley Manor School, part of The Rise Partnership Trust. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our school provides a safe, secure, compliant and welcoming environment where pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) can thrive.
As Site Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of the school site, overseeing health and safety compliance, security, maintenance, contractor management, cleaning standards and premises development. You will work closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and Trust colleagues to ensure the school meets all statutory requirements while maintaining high standards across the estate.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, who can manage multiple priorities, lead site staff, build strong relationships with contractors and colleagues, and take pride in maintaining a high-quality learning environment. Experience of health and safety management, premises maintenance and contractor supervision is essential.
