About the Role:
We are looking for a Class
Teacher who brings an unwavering commitment to high-quality teaching and
learning. This role is ideal for a teacher with strong, proven classroom
practice and the ability to establish a calm, purposeful, and inclusive
learning environment. You will bring a thoughtful, proactive approach to
classroom management and be confident in using a range of positive strategies
to support and promote excellent behaviour for learning.
A clear understanding of
inclusive teaching is essential. You will be adept at identifying and
addressing diverse needs within your class, including children with SEND. You
will work closely with colleagues, support staff, and families to ensure that
all children are fully included, supported, and challenged in their learning
journey.
