The Role
We
are seeking an inspiring and knowledgeable Head of Computer Science to
lead the design and implementation of a rigorous, knowledge‑rich Computer
Science curriculum. The ability to teach Maths to a high standard is essential
and will form a key part of your teaching allocation as the school grows.
As
one of our earliest subject leaders, you will have the unique opportunity to
build a department from the ground up—establishing curriculum, pedagogy,
resources, enrichment, and a long‑term departmental vision that reflects both
your expertise and the school’s academic ambition.
This
role requires someone with deep subject knowledge, a commitment to academic
excellence, and the ability to mentor colleagues, nurture emerging talent, and
build a cohesive, high‑performing team over time.
