The Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Technician to join our team, providing high-quality technical support across a range of departments, including Art, Design Technology, and Science.
Working closely with teaching staff, you will play a key role in preparing, maintaining, and developing resources and equipment to support engaging, practical learning experiences. You will assist in lesson delivery through demonstrations and hands-on support for students, while ensuring that all materials are safe, organised, and fit for purpose.
The role also involves contributing to the planning of practical activities, maintaining specialist equipment, upholding health and safety standards, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of teaching spaces.

About Brooke Weston Trust

Our Trust was formed more than 25 years ago with a simple and clear mission – to transform educational performance in all of our communities. Our members of staff are essential to realising this vision, and a happy, motivated and supported team will deliver the best possible experiences for our young people.

We place great emphasis on creating a supportive and collaborative working environment in all our schools, where all staff can share best practice through our colleague networks.
