We are a new 11–16 school serving 600 students (120
PAN), growing year-on-year, we will move into our purpose-built site in
2026/27. Being part of the Wisbech Campus enables shared facilities,
collaboration and excellent opportunities for staff and students.
The
Role
We are seeking an
inspiring and knowledgeable Head of Geography to lead the
creation and implementation of a rigorous, knowledge‑rich Geography curriculum.
As one of our early
subject leaders, you will have the unique opportunity to build a
department from the ground up—shaping curriculum, pedagogy, resources, and
enrichment as the school expands.
This role requires
someone with strong subject expertise and the ability to mentor
colleagues, nurture emerging talent, and build a cohesive, high‑performing
team over time.
