Salary Range: United Learning Support Staff Pay Scale point 13: Actual £30,438.25 (F.T.E £35,275).

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administration & Reprographics Officer to join our busy school office team. In this varied role, you will provide high-quality administrative support while managing the school’s reprographics service. You will play a key part in supporting staff and students by ensuring the efficient preparation of resources, maintaining records, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
Key Responsibilities
·
Deliver front-line reception
services, responding to enquiries and welcoming visitors
·
Provide general administrative
support including filing, data entry, correspondence, and record management
·
Manage reprographics services,
including printing, photocopying, and resource preparation
·
Maintain manual and digital
information systems and produce reports as required
·
Support the organisation of
school events, trips, and activities
·
Monitor stock levels and manage
resources within budget
·
Maintain and troubleshoot
reprographics equipment (e.g. printers, photocopiers)
·
Liaise professionally with staff,
students, parents, and external stakeholders
·
Ensure compliance with health
& safety, safeguarding, and data protection policies
· Contribute to a positive, safe, and efficient school environment
