Job overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and operational support. Under the guidance of the Cluster Business Manager, the Business Support Officer plays a key role in providing high-quality administrative and operational support across the school as part of a wider cluster.

This is a diverse and dynamic role, supporting a range of functions including PFI administration, monitoring, reporting, and compliance-focused activities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient administrative and operational support across the school and cluster
  • Support PFI processes, including logging, tracking, and resolving issues
  • Monitor service delivery against contractual and compliance standards
  • Produce reports and analyse data for senior leadership
  • Maintain accurate manual and digital record systems
  • Support GDPR, health & safety, and operational compliance
  • Liaise effectively with staff, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Assist with HR, finance, facilities, and wider cluster administration
  • Contribute to projects and provide general business support across teams
