About this Role
This
exciting new role is central to our ongoing commitment to inclusion and to
meeting the needs of our growing number of students with SEND. We are seeking a
warm, approachable and highly organised individual who will work closely with
the Assistant Headteacher for Pastoral Care and the SENDCo to ensure a
positive, supportive and smooth transition into secondary school for both
students and their families. If you would like to find out more about this
