The
Role
Brooksward School and Nursery is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Unqualified Early Years Practitioner to join our baby room team, working with children from 4 months to 2 years in a calm, safe and engaging environment.
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, patience and a genuine love for working with our youngest children. You don’t need a formal Early Years qualification — what matters most is your commitment to helping little ones feel secure, valued and ready to explore the world around them.
In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced colleagues to create meaningful, playful experiences that support early development, build trusting relationships with families and contribute to the smooth running of our friendly, welcoming baby room.
