About this Role

Location:  East Oxford

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (31 hours per week, term time only + inset days)

Salary: Grade 4 to 5 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and passionate individual committed to supporting our pupils' educational journey. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the classroom, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide tailored support to students, and help foster a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  •         Have good literacy and numeracy skills to effectively support children in reading, writing and mathematics.
  •         Enjoy working with children and possesses the sensitivity and understanding to help build positive relationships with pupils.
  •         Be resilient, positive, forward-thinking and enthusiastic about making a difference.
  •         Have the capacity to inspire, motivate and challenge children to assist them in their learning journey.
  •         Have a basic understanding of child development and learning and be able to self-evaluate learning needs.
  •         Work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities, and their own position within these.
