Your role will be to model outstanding practice in the classroom,
to support, guide, and develop the practice of colleagues and trainees in
partnership with Academy Senior Leaders, to innovate, explore, research, refine
and define quality teaching and learning in our Academies. Your work is likely to extend your influence
across a cluster of Academies. You will
be an exemplar of good practice and a leader of joint-practice development.
