Laceby Stanford Primary Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and committed Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and hard-working team. We are seeking to appoint an experienced class based Level 2 Teaching Assistant who:
● Is an outstanding, experienced Teaching Assistant
● Is dynamic and creative in order to be able to engage, inspire and challenge all learners
● Has very high expectations of what can be achieved by delivering consistently high quality learning opportunities
● Has energy, enthusiasm and a sense of humour
● Is highly organised and flexible with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Has the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
● Is able to follow plans and deliver 1:1 and group teaching
● Has a willingness to learn and develop existing skills
● Can demonstrate a secure subject knowledge in English and Mathematics to GCSE level to at least grade C
