Responsible to: The Executive Headteacher, Head Teacher and the Local Governing Body of the school

Compass Partnership of Schools is looking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic teacher to be based at John Ray Infant School in Braintree, Essex. This is a permanent position.  This is an exiting time to join our Trust as we will merge with Eko Trust on the 1st April 2026.

Information about our School:

Our school is a three-form entry Infant  and Nursery school catering for children from 2-7 years old. We work in close partnership with our neighbouring Junior school as well as other local primary schools.

We work hard to promote the social, moral and cultural development of children so they develop positive relationships with staff and each other to help them to build confidence, independence and resilience.
