About this Role

Nuneaton Academy is a secondary school committed to delivering exceptional education within a culture of high expectations, strong values, and meaningful opportunity for every student. We place teaching and learning at the heart of everything we do, supported by a dedicated staff team who are ambitious for our pupils and proud to work collaboratively to drive continuous improvement.
We are seeking to appoint a Vice Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team. The Vice Principal plays a critical role in shaping the strategic direction, leadership, and day‑to‑day operational effectiveness of Nuneaton Academy. Working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide decisive leadership across key whole‑school priorities, ensuring high standards in teaching, learning, behaviour, and outcomes. You will be a visible, credible leader who leads by example, using data and insight to drive improvement and secure impact.

This role is suited to an ambitious and experienced leader with a proven track record of school improvement. You will inspire and develop leaders at all levels, promote a culture of accountability and professional growth, and ensure that students remain at the centre of every decision. As Vice Principal, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting difference, contributing both strategically and operationally to the continued success of Nuneaton Academy.
