About this Role
Nuneaton Academy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Officer to play a key role in supporting the wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development of our students. This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed pastoral team focused on creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every student can thrive.
The successful candidate will work closely with students, families, and staff to address barriers to learning, promote positive behaviour and attendance, and provide targeted support to ensure all students achieve their full potential. We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
