Join Allerthorpe school, our independent day school dedicated to supporting secondary learners aged 11-16, including those with moderate learning difficulties, ASD, and SEMH needs.

We pride ourselves on creating a nurturing, child-focused environment with small classes of just 6 or 8 learners, ensuring every learner receives the attention they deserve.

Our approach is innovative and refreshing, combining forest school, outdoor learning, and community visits with inventive, out-of-the-box activities that make learning in Maths and English exciting and meaningful.

Why Join Us?

•Amazing benefits and a high-quality wellbeing package for staff.

•Outstanding career pathways – we invest in your future with opportunities to grow across the Melrose Education company.

•We are not an academy or trust – we value individuality and creativity.

•Company competitive salary and pension scheme for independent schools.
