We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Are you passionate about helping children thrive and ready to take the next step in your education career? At E‑ACT The Grange Academy we’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled High Level Teaching Assistant to join one of our vibrant academies and play a key role in shaping exceptional learning experiences for our pupils.
As an HLTA with E‑ACT, The Grange Academy you’ll be at the heart of the classroom — leading whole‑class learning, delivering targeted interventions, supporting high‑quality teaching, and helping to create an environment where every child feels confident, valued, and inspired. You’ll work closely with teachers and leaders to bring lessons to life, raise aspirations, and ensure all pupils have the support they need to achieve their very best.

Key responsibilities:
Pay range: SCP 8 - 12 (Based on 39 working weeks per year / 37 hours per week) £23,592.44 - £25,152.73 per annum.
