Wellfield Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Teacher of Drama to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to create engaging and imaginative learning experiences that encourage students to develop confidence, creativity, and strong communication skills through performance. From exploring dramatic techniques and devising original work to bringing scripts to life on stage, you will play a vital role in helping students express themselves and thrive creatively.

We are looking for someone who can make drama lessons exciting, inclusive, and memorable, while fostering a positive environment where every student feels empowered to participate and succeed.

As our new Teacher of Drama at Wellfield Academy, you will:
• Plan and deliver inspiring drama lessons that engage and challenge students of all abilities.
• Encourage creativity, collaboration, and confidence through performance and practical work.
• Support students in developing acting, improvisation, presentation, and theatrical skills.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through productions, performances, drama clubs, and enrichment opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop an exciting and ambitious drama curriculum.
