About this Role

Sherbrook Primary School is a nurturing and inclusive special school for children aged 2 to 11 with a wide range of additional needs, including MLD, SLD, ASC, and PMLD. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dedicated team as soon as possible.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils by supporting them during the lunchtime period. The successful candidate will:

Supervise and support pupils in the dining hall or classroom during lunch.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage good table manners.
Assist with clearing away plates, cutlery, tables, and chairs.
Support pupils with personal care needs where required.
Engage with pupils in play activities, fostering social interaction and enjoyment.
Work with children who may have complex needs or severe autism.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 12:00pm – 1:30pm

Term time only (38.2 working weeks per year)
