St. Peter’s Catholic Primary School is a warm and inclusive school in the centre of Gloucester. Due to the current Inclusion Leader securing a Headteacher post within our Trust, we are seeking an exceptional and ambitious Inclusion Leader (SENCo) to join our senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role for a passionate educator who is committed to ensuring that every child, regardless of need or background, is able to flourish.

About the Role

This is a unique and exciting role which will require the post holder to:

·         Lead inclusion across the school, including SEND, Pupil Premium, EAL, and vulnerable pupils

·         Act as the designated SENCo, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met

·         Drive high-quality adaptive teaching and supporting curriculum design

·         Help raise achievement and removing barriers for pupils

·         Lead and develop staff, including Teaching Assistants

·         Work closely with families, external agencies, and the wider Trust
