Connect Multi-Academy Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and
dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Pelton Primary School.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting
pupils so they can access learning, develop their independence, and experience
a sense of achievement. You will work under the guidance of teaching staff to
deliver high-quality learning experiences to individuals, small groups, and
occasionally whole classes, helping to raise standards and promote inclusion
across the school.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates high

additional support plans), and help create a nurturing and stimulating
environment where all children can thrive.
Applicants should hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in
Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent) and have GCSEs (or

belonging, and the opportunity to grow in an environment founded on respect,
equality and fairness.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a
forward-thinking Trust that places students at the heart of everything we do.
As a growing organisation, Connect Multi-Academy Trust offers staff the chance
to contribute to our continued development and success. Our People Strategy
underpins our commitment to being a great place to work. We focus on engaging
and including all staff, rewarding and recognising their contribution,
supporting professional development, and attracting and welcoming the very best
people into our schools.
