About this Role

We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor and Play Lead to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground and other areas around the school
Encourage positive social interactions at lunchtime
Lead engaging play activities that are safe, inclusive and age appropriate
Promote positive behaviour and help resolve minor disputes in a calm and fair manner
Ensure the safety and welfare of pupils at all times, following school policies and procedures
Support children with additional needs to be fully included in lunchtime routines and play
Report concerns about pupils' behaviour or wellbeing to an appropriate member of staff
