What you will do:

  • Deliver learning to individuals, small groups, and whole classes under the guidance of teaching staff 

  • Support pupils’ independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion 

  • Assess and extend pupils’ learning, adapting activities to meet their needs 

  • Provide short-term cover for classes and support pupils across all age groups

  • Work with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil development 

  • Promote wellbeing and positive behaviour, helping pupils to flourish socially and emotionally 

  • Assist with trips, activities, medication, and first aid as needed 

What we are looking for:

  • A motivated and adaptable team player with a passion for supporting children’s learning

  • Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate lessons for individuals, groups, and whole classes

  • Strong communication skills and a positive approach to behaviour management

  • Commitment to safeguarding, pupil wellbeing, and professional development
