a dedicated and enthusiastic Experienced KS2 Teaching Assistant to join us and

We wish to appoint an
Experienced KS2 Teaching Assistant who;
Has previous paid experience of working in a school in KS2 as a Teaching Assistant
· Already holds a relevant level 3 qualification
·
Has some experience of working with
children with a variety of needs
·
Has a proven track record of
contributing to the raising of standards in a school
·
Demonstrates a good understanding of
child development and the learning process
·
Has experience of and the ability to
deal positively with children, parents and other professionals who are involved
in the children’s education
·
Is enthusiastic and willing to motivate
and inspire our children
·
Is flexible to the needs of the children
and have a commitment to their wellbeing and development
·
Has a commitment to working
strategically as part of a team to improve standards in teaching and learning
·
Be a positive role model in school
