Working under the direction of our SENCo you will required to
Develop and maintain an effective relationship with a child who needs additional support integrating into the school environment.
Develop communication skills and speech and language strategies
Assist in the planning, delivery and monitoring of an individual child's progress
To meet the needs of the children through positive relationships, play and interaction
Contribute to a nurturing, stimulating and challenging environment for children.

Job Details
This position is linked to the funding the school receive for the child - funding will cease when the child (currently KS1) leaves the school
Working hours will are 8.40 - 3.10 Monday to Friday - 30 hours per week
The role is based on K grade, with pay dependent on experience
The role is term time only - 39 working weeks 44.85 paid weeks.
