About this Role

As a Level 3 TA, you’ll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You’ll work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education, lead small group interventions, and contribute to the overall development and wellbeing of pupils. This role is ideal for someone with strong classroom experience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for education.

Key Responsibilities

·            Support pupils’ learning in class, small groups, and one-to-one settings

·            Assist in planning and delivering tailored interventions

·            Promote positive behaviour and a safe learning environment

·            Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers

·            Prepare resources and support classroom activities

·            Contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

·            Foster inclusive practices and support pupils with SEND

·            Supervise pupils during break times and school trips

·            Collaborate with staff and parents to support pupil development
