Are you passionate about providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for our pupils outside of regular school hours? We are seeking a dedicated and organised internal candidate to take on the role of Before and Afterschool playworker.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a current staff member to step into a leadership role, shaping the wrap-around care experience for our families and ensuring our students start and end their day with a smile.

  • Catering Liaison: Working closely with the catering team to order breakfast items and manage stock

  • Activity Planning: Designing and overseeing a diverse program of engaging activities (arts, crafts, sports, and quiet play) that cater to all age groups.

  • Team Leadership: Supervising club assistants to ensure high standards of care and engagement.

We are looking for a proactive communicator who is highly organised and child-centered.

Essential Requirements:

  • A positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with parents and school staff.

  • Paediatric First Aid: Must hold a current certificate or be fully committed to undertaking the training immediately.

Training & Development: We are committed to your professional growth. The successful candidate must be willing to undertake (or already hold) the following:
