About this Role

We are a very friendly and busy school. We are situated in the heart of Erdington; with a passion for improving the lives of our community.

We are looking for a confident teacher to join us on our journey towards delivering outstanding provision to cover maternity leave in one of our KS2 classes. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed classroom practitioner to join our successful team.  The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate they have:

  • A proven track record of consistently delivering Good and Outstanding outcomes

  • High expectations and a commitment to raising standards for all learners

  • The ability to deliver learning in innovative and exciting ways

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work successfully as part of a team

  • Experience and passion for leading a subject.

Birches Green Primary School is a bustling and popular school, set in beautiful grounds with dedicated staff, supportive parents and enthusiastic pupils who are happy and enjoy school life. 

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
