As a SEND Teacher, you will:
Deliver high-quality, personalised learning for pupils with additional needs
Champion inclusive classroom practice so that all learners can thrive
Create a safe, nurturing environment where wellbeing and learner voice are central
Work closely with colleagues, families, and external professionals to support individual learners
Contribute to a strong culture of safeguarding, vigilance, and care
Adapt teaching approaches to meet a wide range of needs, abilities, and learning styles
Kind, understanding, and highly empathetic
Adaptable and solution-focused in their approach to teaching
Committed to putting learners at the heart of every decision
An excellent communicator and team player
Experienced in working with children and young people with SEND
