Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing employee records and ensuring compliance
with safeguarding and employment legislation.
·
Advising on HR policies and procedures, and
supporting senior leadership with their consistent application.
·
Supporting staff performance management processes,
including appraisals, absence monitoring and capability procedures.
·
Liaising with the Central HR team and external HR
providers where appropriate.
·
Overseeing payroll, staff contracts, pay changes
and mainlining the Single Central Record (SCR).
·
Assisting with staff wellbeing initiatives and
promoting positive working environment.
We are looking for a motivated and professional
individual who can:

Affiliate membership of
CIPD/working towards CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
· NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification or experience in a relevant discipline
